The worst customer service
We received what looks like a very old unit in a box that was supposed to be a new mamaroo. It was purchased from buy buy baby how we because they are closing they won’t take back this unit and advised me to go through mamaroo directly. The return policy and customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. The customer service rep was the absolute worst rep I’ve seen as well. Her name was Céline Lopez and she did nothing to help me, didn’t even attempt to try to do something. This was a gift to us from family over seas who paid astronomical amounts of shipping to get it to us. Unbelievable customer service! I’ve been through about 10 hoops between her and buy buy baby and yet I’m still stuck with this used unit that someone obviously swapped out. A
