Two of the items were supplied without the correct fastenings and none of them fitted the thickness of leather I needed to fasten to. I emailed back on their CS email to ask if I could return them and was ignored (its over two weeks now). I have since been able to repair the bag using a fitting for a tenth of the outlay.
