I recently ordered 7 hydrangea plants, and unfortunately, four of them arrived barely alive. Despite my initial hope for their survival, it was clear from the two-centimeter stems that three of them wouldn't make it. I decided against returning them due to an upcoming vacation and the hassle involved. I discarded the tags and loops immediately – I don't like holding onto unnecessary clutter. My main frustration lies in the fact that it's evident what you're sending out, so it's baffling why such plants would be shipped in the first place. On a positive note, the strawberry seedlings in the same order were absolutely magical. Thank you for those.
