My review for acer.com I had an issue with my laptop charger still under warranty but Argos insisted I send the laptop in to be wiped clean of all the data even though I used one of their instore chargers to show them that it worked fine. Argos wouldn't budge but when I contacted Acer and explained the situation to them they helpfully sent me a replacement within 7 days. They were excellent and I have to thank them and give them the credit they deserve. M

My review for acer.com First 3 reviews dont buy these products well here is number 4 because i bought a $330 monitor that lasted 1 month, black screen, wont even show no signal, i sent it back, it lasted 1 more week and does it again, they want me to send it back again and my 3 year warranty doesnt cover replacement or refund, but i ordered a new monitor and did not get one. They are thieves. I will never buy from acer again who claims to be known for their durability and reliability. I paid for an exspensive monitor for it to work when i push the button. D

I recently purchased the Acer Swift laptop, hoping for a reliable and efficient device. However, the reality has been a stark contrast to my expectations. My particular model, the pink variant, has been nothing short of a disappointment. The battery life, which is advertised to last up to 13 hours, has consistently fallen short, shutting down at 29% with a "critical low battery" warning and lasting a mere 2-3 hours at best. This inconsistency has disrupted my workflow and left me frustrated. Moreover, the laptop has exhibited significant performance issues, frequently lagging and unexpectedly shutting down, resulting in the loss of important work. Its connectivity problems have added to the list of grievances, with prolonged delays in connecting to WiFi and Bluetooth devices. Surprisingly, despite minimal downloads including some music and just one game, the laptop's functionality has been subpar. Regrettably, the substantial investment of 600€ in this device has not yielded the expected value, and I find myself deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience. As a consumer, I feel compelled to caution others against making a similar purchase to avoid the associated frustrations and inconveniences. L

My review for acer.com I have the Acer swift laptop (can't remember if it's 1 or 3 but it's the pink one) and oh my god, DO NOT BUY THIS. I have had about enough with this pos. Batter life is complete bull, says it lasts like 13hs mine just shut off at 29% saying "critical low battery" and only lasts 2-3 hours MAX. Constantly lagging, shuts off randomly all the time making me lose work, takes forever to connect to WiFi/Bluetooth anything. Not even much downloaded on it, a lot of music and 1 game. I recently purchased an Acer keyboard from acer.com with high hopes for its performance and longevity. However, to my dismay, within just one year of usage, the keys started to lose their markings. The "L" key has completely faded, while other keys such as A, S, C, M, and N are showing signs of wear and tear. Seeking a resolution, I reached out to the store where I made the purchase, only to be met with disappointment. I was informed that this deterioration was considered normal for a keyboard used for a few hours a day over the course of a year. This response left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the product and customer service. As a consumer, I value quality and durability in the products I invest in.
