They do as they wish

My review for adobe.com Awful support, can't say more. Had a situation when my subscription got early canceled without even my consent whatsoever, and all due to me entering from another location that my subscription plan ( yes.. apparently we can not travel with ADOBE no more ...). Received an email mentioning that, so I went to support directly to clarify that I am just temporarily on vacation but have some due projects, but normally reside in the location I subscribed for. The agent confirms me that all good, and the location is not going to be changed. Have screenshots even, because something told me I will need it. And guess what? Yes, you guessed it right. I am receiving the cancellation letter of the plan just a week later. I am going again to support, showing the screenshots from earlier conversations ( since even with those charges, adobe still can not afford the normal CRM platform and you see no chat history of course ..) and guess what ? And yes, second time in a raw YOU guessed right? Agent from support, gives me explanation after almost 20 minutes of checks, that I have asked for the change of the country and hence the autocancellation of the plan took place...and then the agent just got disconnected from the chat.... Just the best care of the customers, isn't it ?

Probably one of the most predatory…

My review for adobe.com Probably one of the most predatory misleading and damn right scams masquerading as a legitimate company to exist. Their business model is based on Deception, misleading marketing, intentionally confusing Purchasing options. Fine print trap contracts. They Offer annual and monthly subscription but at a glance withhold both are yearly contracts. Have removed the option to cancel on their website. And cannot cancel until the last month. If you have been a victim of this, immediately cancel your debit or credit card immediately. To have the nerve also to Reply to existing one star reviews that they signed a contract and knew what they were signing up for when their core business model and survival is based on deceiving the consumer.

Best Support I’ve received in years!!!

My review for adobe.com Earlier today I've had the the best Customer Support experience in many, many years. I needed help with my plan and I had the pleasure of talking to two very kind and very professional agents. Shout out to Sejal and Ishanye! Getting in touch with real people was very easy and fast. I used the chat service available on the website. The robot was quick to point me in the right direction and most importantly offered me the possibility to speak with someone as soon as I needed that. Without diminishing in any way Sejal's excellent help, I must send most of my praises to Ishanye, with whom I've had the pleasure to talk more. He was extremely kind, helpful, customer oriented and very professional in offering me suitable... Nay! A great solution in regards to my plan. I don't know if it's ok to provide a full case number, so here part of it: 33264207P. S. to whom it may concern, the email survey still hasn't arrived, please know that I would happily provide my opinion for internal reviews as well. P. S. 2 although I sound like the biggest Adobe fanboy, I'm not. I mean I love the products, been using them for more than 7 years now... but this is not about that! This is about great people at the right time!

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT

My review for adobe.com Cancellation fee of AUD$155 even after months of subscribing. Acrobat is an awful programme that performs worse than many of its free online counterparts

Changing plans requiring reduction is…

My review for adobe.com Changing plans requiring reduction is number of licenses is truly a one way road for Adobe. Reductions can basically only be done days before renewal date, which I still am unsure of the days. When requesting to move a license from one account to another all the "SUPPORT TEAM" laughable, was able to accomplish was cancel the license, but was unable to move the subscription to the other plan. Six calls providing the same information (email and name) only to be sent down the road to another "support advisor". Interesting on the day of my working with Adobe, the stock is down 7.4%I will be analyzing alternate choices before the next renewal date.

Adobe Sign has just proved to be useless to me in 2024

My review for adobe.com Adobe Sign used to be a good service. What have they done to their software this year - 2024??? Their software changed the fonts and layout of the inserted text so that it proved unreadable for those signing it. Having proved fine if glitchy for many years, it is now entirely useless. What a waste of a such high subscription fees.

High early cancellation fee even after years of custom!

My review for adobe.com They charged me a fee of £49.9 for early cancellation of an annual plan! This is ripping people off at a time of cost-of-living crisis. I have paid subscription fee for more than 18 months, nothing really justify this high cost, it a software subscription! An example of a company that takes advance of customers rather than treating them fairly.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

My review for adobe.com I canceled my service; however, I found out I had to pay an early termination fee for not keeping the service for 12 months (shame on me for not reading the fine print). I continued to be billed month over month. I tried numerous times to reach them. It was nearly impossible. Hours and hours. When I finally got through, several agents hung up on me right after I stated I had a billing issue. Their chat and virtual agent are useless. Then I had to start the process repeatedly (long wait times, agents hanging up, etc.) Agents are not professional, there is no respect for the customer, and they are not interested in a good experience.

Adobe is a scam

My review for adobe.com Adobe is a scam. I've lost thousands over years. I can't stop the freaking silent apps... Open source here I come. Have spoken to a human twice. I absolutely hate dealing with Adobe. I can't wait to be free. Was a devotee of this system. I can't wait to be free of it. The disruption this has caused with my work is incalculable. ITS A SCAM

Off putting bureacracy from the get go

My review for adobe.com Took a prospective interest in their Commercial Photography Purchase Scheme.(Where they purchase specialised commercial footage for re hire from consumers). Nice idea but very quickly was put off by reading discussions on their forums how contributors seemed to have experienced huge difficulties such as one guy had 1500 photos he submitted rejected. The different file format requirements alone seem a load of hard work.100 different individually signed 'model releases'for 1 photo with a 100 people in? I mean c'mon. Are people 'identifiable'? Who knows? I mean how long is a piece of string? All depends doesnt it? Its an impossible question. Like predicting the future. Its really asking what are the chances of someone spotting a person and saying hey I recognise that person or am that person and I didnt sign a model release when you made a blurry snap at 50 yards in the High St in Kamalazoo. Im really a celeb and I demand compo. Far too fussy and anorak for me. A strong whiff of 'crazy maker'and 'time wasting'Pah

Absolute rubbish company

My review for adobe.com Absolute rubbish company, in spite of spending 100s of thousands with them. I can’t even get someone half competent to respond to and deal with my customer service inquiries. I’ve been trying to get my issue resolved for five months, should have taken a day, it’s not hard. I would recommend avoiding any adobe commerce cloud contracts and just go to shopify, saving yourself a lot of money and trouble. If you want to understand why the future of SAAS is not year long contracts followed by sub par performance once you’re locked in, just look at the reviews here.

These people are total thieves

My review for adobe.com These people are total thieves. I've been trying to cancel their stupid worthless subscription for Photoshop for several months now. I had no idea it automatically rolled into the next year and with an increase for good measure. They have it on their terms, apparently? why don't they also put in there that I owe them a kidney and come and get it. I did my best to cancel in time and at the time I'd lost a bank card and they wouldn't let me cancel because apparently I owed them money. and even after paying them and changing my payment method they still wouldn't cancel. Freaking thieves, whoever came up with this crap should be ashamed.

Absolutely appalling company

My review for adobe.com Absolutely appalling company, our company Photoshop subscription has rolled over for several years, we have been trying to cancel our standing order for 4 months now as we’re using Canva instead. Adobe say we cannot cancel until next June. Their terms and conditions are 21 pages of obtuse waffle. We’ve been treated with complete disdain and arrogance and I feel nothing but loathing for this band of thieves.
