Review Description: Ahava claims to have a 30 day return policy. In order to return a product, you have to email them thru their website. I purchased a product on 12/7/22 and 12/17/22 and I don't like either of the products. I have sent them at least 10 emails but not one person from customer service has responded. They don't take phone calls and I can't even find their address. This company not only has bad customer service; apparently they have no customer service. They are not honoring their customer service policy. Don't trust them.

Review Description: I bought around 160 euros products with a 40% discount. I didn't receive all the items, and their customer service simply disappeared after replying they would investigate. I doublechecked the discoubt applied and discovered that they didn't apply the claimed 40%, but only 38%!!! Review Description: I have been a loyal customer of Ahava for many years. The last 3 orders I received had dates beyond the shelf life. Anna F sent me a return label and will hopefully give me a refund. She is blaming the warehouse for the problem but where is quality control. The products definitely deteriorate and should not be sent to customers. Their customer service is NOT service at all since they rarely answer the phone and do not reply to emails. Other companies accept their shortcomings and try to maintain good customer relations. Ahava does not.
