I was charged twice for my seats on…

My review for aireuropa.com I was charged twice for my seats on this flight. My credit card was charged $60 from Air Europa US Web 8444153955, NY and once again $60 from Air Europa Seattle Tacom, FL. Your customer service representative CLAIMS they only had documents for a $60 charge on her end. I purchased 4 $15 seats for a round trip to and from Miami to Madrid which would equate to $60 in total. However, I was charged $60 twice in a total of $120. Document Numbers from the first receipt that was sent to my email are;4559887392 which was charged $30 4559887391charged $30, THEN, right underneath another Document Number 4559887390 charged $30, and 4559887389 charged $30. Which comes to a total of $120. I am not paying for 8 seats and I want my money back. I also have photographic evidence of these charges. If needed I will happily send them to you so that you may have the chance to cure the situation. Your customer service representative stated that she can only see the receipt of the first charges on her end and sent me the receipts 4 times, which ADMITTEDLY shows I was charged twice, and yet she claims she only sees a charge of $60 dollars on her end. This would be a great opportunity to reinforce training, because not only was she presenting me with information that clearly shows I was charged 8 different times, 4 of which I am alright with because it would be 2 $15 seats to go to Europe, and 2 $15 dollar seats to come BACK from Europe. This is the most meticulous way I can simplify this situation. She was also quite rude and patronize, and unyielding when l had asked for someone else to assist me claiming that supervisors do not answer any disputes that are clearly the fault of your company. She attempted to gaslight me with false claims, and at the same time gave me the evidence to support my claims. I am indignant as a consumer, considering the fact that I was told I would have to file a claim and then told I must wait 45 days to have this sorted out.
