My review for airfrance.fr 5 months and still no refund! After my refund was approved in November 2023 for a GBP 1,500 flight, GoToGate and AirFrance have done nothing but give me the runaround. Their failure to process the refund, despite repeated assurances, is a glaring testament to their appalling customer service. It's clear neither company respects their customers or their commitments.
