Review Description: Horrible Experience today. Air India Booked from LHR to Amritsar with a stop at Delhi airport. The connecting flight is impossible to get, as we receive Covid Test results at Delhi airport. I had to wait over 10+hours to get the next flight. Alternatively I left the airport at Delhi and got a taxi to Amritsar. DO NOT RECOMMEND AIR INDIA

Review Description: Worst airline. Total mismanagement, booked my flight AI 133 from Delhi to Heathrow on 29th Jan 2022. Paid extra amount to book and choose the seat during ticket booking. However, during journey they allocated different seats in different row for us (myself, wife, n 5 yr kid). And allocated my seats to other. When requested them to give my seats they said won't possible to give your seats as seats allocated to others. As per them to this is sth related to system issue.

Review Description: Giving 1 star because I can't give a 0.The customer care hotline is not manned sufficiently.I am put on holds for hours and hours. Then forwarded to appropriate departments -- adding further holds an frequent call disconnects.I have not been able to reach the correct department in 10 days now. Still on hold to reach the correct department. There are no updates even on mutiple email follow ups.Just a complete black hole for the customers.

Review Description: I wish they have zero star. Do wonder why they are not doing good and have to sell the business. Hope TATA will fire all their employees and hire better employees to provide better service. Just to upgrade seat I was on hold for 2 hrs 3 times so over six hours and still didn't get chance to speak to anyone. They don't know their work and keep transferring phone. Fred need to hire some well mannered English speaking customer service rep.

Review Description: I wish there was some options for -ve stars. Have been wasting hours for last 2 days but like other reviewers, my calls also get disconnected after little over 1 hour hold waiting for a ticketing agent. such a sheer waste of time and in the process I keep losing options for travel dates. Noone ever calles back to complete the incomplete transaction if you were disconnected while talking to someone. This is a hopeless situation. Still waiting on call for 1 hour 13 mintues to speak to someone while writing this review.
