Review Description: Had a Awful experience. My parents travelled from Delhi to London this Nov. They did not serve tea coffee whisky , Reason they gave us not served in economy class due to Covid . Strangely only vistara has this policy . So my parents who are diabetic were left to get dehydrated in 9 hr journey . Even water was served after 2 hrs on starting from Delhi . Not only a bad experience but they also look down upon people travelling in economy class.

Review Description: This is such a disgusting airline, the worst one I have ever used. They cancelled my flight then have the audacity to not refund me. They are scammers just taking peoples money and keeping it (must be suffering due to Covid but thjs is no way to treat your customers). I wouldn’t ever recommend and expected more, book with a more reliable airline not this one. Their customer service is so bad that they ignore you and don’t respond.
