When the coaching high arrived, it was too massive, so I despatched it again through the pre paid return slip, which was useful. I obtained an e mail to say my refund of €65 could be in 5 working days. That was twenty fourth November. Believing I used to be getting a refund, I then spent one other €65 to order the Medium model, this arrived and once more, nice high quality high. I had now spent €130. No return e mail correspondence attainable as its a no reply setup. By finish of December, Ajax had nonetheless not refunded me the €65 from the primary buy. I then needed to pursue it with my financial institution and declare it again by Visa...shameful for such a giant membership to conduct its enterprise on this method. Pity, because the product, the coaching high is great. Because the third package is beautiful, presumably purchase it by a good third social gathering retailer, as I'm positive returns and communication and many others might be way more skilled.
