Terrible, lying customer service
I recently had a disappointing experience with a 5075B Plus keyboard I purchased from this company. After noticing some malfunctioning keys, I reached out to their customer service. Unfortunately, my numerous attempts to seek a refund or resolution were met with frustrating back-and-forth communication. It was disheartening to encounter resistance when requesting a refund, especially when I was advised to fix the issue myself. It wasn't until I mentioned initiating a chargeback that they reluctantly agreed to a refund. Even then, the process was needlessly complicated, as they demanded video evidence of the problem and raised concerns about shipping costs. Regrettably, I'm now left with a dysfunctional keyboard and a sense of disillusionment about the company's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear and explore alternative options. It's essential to invest in products from companies that prioritize customer care and stand behind their offerings. BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I bought an Akko keyboard from akkogear.de around 9 months go. The keyboard has been having issues ever since I bought it, the wireless connection was very unstable, so I had to keep it wired. Then around 2 weeks ago it completely stopped working, it did not turn on anymore, tried multiple cables, computers, ect., nothing helped. When I contacted support with hopes they could fix my keyboard or send me a new one, since they offer a 1 year warranty service, and per EU laws, they either have to fix it for free or give me a refund, the support has just told me that it would be "too expensive and inconvenient" to send the keyboard to them to fix it, since it ships to China, and basically said they can only send me the replacement part and that I have to fix it myself or bring it to the local repair shop with my own money. They refuse to give a refund or send a fully assembled keyboard either, and just keep giving the same stock response they have given other people regarding this issue, not to mention support takes over a day to respond to a singular email. They have offered a laughable 15 eur refund for a keyboard I payed more than 100 euros for. Don't buy any keyboards from them, because if something breaks, they won't help you and basically will just tell you to fix the issue yourself, and you will just be scammed out of your money. A

They NEVER accept returns even on their mistake!! SCAMMERS!!!
I purchased a Steam Engine 5087S ISO Nordic. I bought because it is clear white. The keyboard arrives and is not white, it is grey (photos are photoshopped!!) and the RGB is very weak. I try to return it and even accepoting the color is not the same in the photos, they just offer a riduculous refund of 8€ (later 12) on a 89€ keyboard!! In their website they exhibit Warraty of satisfaction badges and 30 Days return policies. ALL FALSE!!!!! They even told me that returns are "expensive and risky". Even more, they told me about a client who lost the parcel AND the money because of a return. It is just ridiculous. I paste the content of their lat email, plus the story about the poor client who lost the money and the keyboard because he wanted a refund!! Last email: ----"Dear Sir or Madam,We are sorry to hear that you are still insisting on a refund. I have communicated with my warehouse colleagues so far and have offered you 2 ways to do this.1. We will give you a refund of 12 € as compensation, hope you like and keep the item.2. If you still insist on a refund, the item will need to be returned to China. But to be honest, the shipping cost to return the goods to China is very high and it takes a long time. It will take up very much of your time and money. And the parcel has the risk to be lost. To bear the return shipping fee and the loss risk is unnecessary, we would like to provide you with a discount refund to keep it, is that OK? So we hope you can accept our compensation and keep the item. Hope to get your understanding. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. We are willing to help you as soon as possible until you are satisfied.
