Review Description: Allen Edmonds used to be one of my favorite brands. At the present time, I have multiple pair of their shoes in my closet. My recent experience has to do with their restocking fee of $25.00 and $7.00 shipping fee not credited after return. Their website doesn't clearly disclose this information. The main issue is not having the opportunity to exchange the item for the same item in my size.Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. Awful customer service and awful experience.

Review Description: I own 7 pair and will never buy from these clowns again. Allen Edmonds does NOT stand behind their shoes. My $400 McCallisters were defective after 3 months. AE made me ship them to corporate, wait 8 weeks to tell me they were defective. Their excellent solution? Issue me a credit for less than I can replace the defective shoes. So if I want to replace them it will cost me another $80. Allen Edmonds is an absolute joke for customer service. Never again will I buy from these clowns.

Review Description: Regarding Strandmoc OxfordThe ordering and delivery went off without a hitch. The sizing was as expected. the only issue is that the description of the shoe indocated it was leather lined but it is not leather lined. The only lining is in the heel. The rest of the shoe is just the back ot the outer leather. Seemed like a lot of money for an unlined shoe. Also I bought l these a few days before the sale and now I have overpaid by about $100. Next time I will wait for the sale.

Review Description: I started buying Allen Edmonds shoes in 1984 and purchased my last pair four years ago.Allen Edmond shoes years ago were the best crafted mens shoes you could buy and have slipped to the worst junked you could think of putting on your feet. They used to feel and look solid and fit so well the last few pair remined me of the cheap shoes my parents bought when I was a young boy. The only thing the same is the high prices. Review Description: Had a question on internet sales and phone line had me on hold with endless time limits. Nobody ever answered. Like there web page says call if you have questions to there non published rules. Only no answer so I emailed. Keep in mind shoes are $ 400 so not a corner shop. Again same story.
