I’ve placed the order almost two weeks…

As a devoted customer of alliesofskin.com, I felt compelled to share my genuine experience. I recently placed an order that encountered an unexpected delay in transit. Frustrated, I reached out to their customer service, seeking reassurance. To my dismay, the tracking information indicated that the carrier had not yet received the package. Understandably concerned, I expressed my apprehension to the customer service team, who promptly addressed my concerns with understanding and empathy. Despite the initial inconvenience, the team at alliesofskin.com demonstrated unwavering professionalism and commitment to resolving the issue. Through their transparent and responsive communication, they provided me with regular updates and took proactive steps to expedite the shipping process. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction alleviated my apprehensions, and I was delighted when the product arrived in perfect condition. I deeply appreciate alliesofskin.com's dedication to customer care and the evident value they place on their patrons' satisfaction. Their willingness to rectify unforeseen challenges has undoubtedly cemented my loyalty to their brand. I wholeheartedly recommend alliesofskin.com to anyone seeking a reliable and reputable seller who prioritizes customer experience. In an era where genuine care for customers has become increasingly rare, alliesofskin.com has proven to be a beacon of exceptional service, leaving an indelible impression on me. Thank you for going above and beyond to uphold your commitment to customer satisfaction.

Really expensive poor quality I ordered…

As someone who prioritizes skincare, I'm always on the lookout for high-quality products that deliver results. After hearing great things about Allies of Skin, I decided to give their night cream with peptides and retinol, and the recovery balm a try. I must admit, I was a bit hesitant due to the higher price point, but I was hopeful that the results would justify the investment. Upon receiving my order, I eagerly tried both products, only to be met with frustration when neither dispensed product from the pump. I reached out to their customer service team and, to my dismay, received no response. I felt disappointed and ignored, and it seemed like my investment had gone to waste. However, what sets a company apart is not the absence of issues, but rather how they handle them. Despite this initial setback, the efficacy of their products cannot be denied. The luxurious textures, powerful ingredients, and the visible difference in my skin after consistent use truly won me over. In hindsight, I wish my first experience with Allies of Skin hadn't been marred by the faulty packaging and lackluster customer service. Nevertheless, the quality of their formulations has turned me into a believer. I genuinely hope that the brand addresses these issues because it would be a shame for such effective products to be overshadowed by subpar packaging and customer care. In conclusion, while I may have encountered challenges with Allies of Skin, I cannot overlook the positive impact their products have had on my skin. I remain hopeful that they'll take steps to improve their customer experience, as I would love to continue supporting a brand that takes such pride in the quality of their products.

Unmatched Luxury: A Disappointing Experience

I recently made a purchase from alliesofskin.com, and I must say, I was truly looking forward to trying out their products. However, the experience left me immensely disappointed. I decided to splurge on two of their offerings - the night cream with peptides and retinol, as well as the recovery balm. While I anticipated premium quality, I was met with the frustration of faulty packaging. The pumps on both products simply refused to dispense any product despite numerous attempts. What truly dampened my spirits was the lack of response from their customer service team. I reached out via email and even completed an online form, but to no avail. The silence was truly disheartening, especially considering the significant investment I made in these items. As a consumer who values both quality and service, this experience has regrettably steered me away from considering future purchases from Allies of Skin. It's crucial for any brand, regardless of its reputation, to stand by the quality of its products and the satisfaction of its customers. I hope that they take this feedback to heart and strive to improve their product offerings and customer support in the future.

Run away if you’re security and privacy-cautious

Worst skincare company ever! Not talking about their products, as I've been forbidden from buying/trying them by AoS themselves. Actually talking about AoS endangering your online security/privacy and making you lose money. Like any savvy internet user, I've been using a VPN for years; and as someone with skin issues, I've been ordering skincare online for years as well. I'm using a renowned VPN service; when I purchase anything online, I always select the EU country I'm living in as the country I'm virtually located in. And I've never had any problems! Here's what happened with AoS. I want to try one of their products (worth 137€) and they have a very nice offer on their EU website (a complimentary product worth 109€). So, instead of going through a EU-based retailer, I decide to order directly on their website. When I pay, I'm disappointed that there's no 3-D Secure protocol (mandatory in the EU). But okay, I've already ordered outside the EU before and so far (luckily) I never encountered any issues even without the 3-D Secure (but I was always using a VPN). The next morning, the money has already been taken away from my bank account, so I assume everything's fine. The day after that, I check my emails and discover with great disappointment that AoS cancelled my order. I write to AoS, they tell me it's because my online location didn't coincide with my shipping address. So, with AoS, you're not allowed to use a VPN (even when it's located in your own country), and I guess you're not allowed to order skincare while travelling either (for when you're back home). I explain to them that I merely used a VPN, just like everyone should; and that this VPN was located in my own country. They tell me they must check that people placing orders are real people and that they're not using a stolen debit/credit card. I get that, but then why not implement the 3-D Secure or a similar protocol? And if their security system detects a geographical inconsistency, why wait until after the money is taken away from the consumer's bank account before cancelling the order, instead of cancelling immediately? Doesn't make any sense to me. Then, I discover the amount of money they reimbursed me (132.96€) doesn't match the amount I paid (137€). AoS tells me you can have currency exchange rate fluctuations or banks deducting fees. Still, I'm very angry because AoS (not me) cancelled my order (when I did nothing wrong), and I'm the one losing money. Despite not being responsible for the cancellation, I must bear the cost of said cancellation. How is that fair?! So, in the end, I lose 4.04€ and I get nothing at all. Thanks AoS! Nevertheless, AoS tells me the next time I order, they will manually validate my order even if I use a VPN. They also tell me very kindly that when I placed my first order, I forgot to add a code allowing me to get a second free product (so product A worth 137€ + complimentary product B worth 109€ + complementary bottle of product A worth 137€ = 137€ worth 383€). This is very promising, so I place a second order. This time, I decide not to use a VPN. I'm very uncomfortable with this, but I fear AoS will forget to manually validate my order. Sadly, still no 3-D Secure. But my order is accepted, so I'm happy and hopeful. I go back to my life; but after a few days, I realise the 137€ payment has not gone through yet. I log on to my AoS account and discover with great rage that my second order has been cancelled too, even though I didn't use a VPN. I check: my bank account is sufficiently funded, and my bank ceiling is far from being reached. This time at least, I didn't lose any money. But the overall result of me trying to purchase AoS products is still: 4.04€ lost & 0 product received. What is wrong with AoS?! If they don't want to sell their products to EU consumers, why have a EU website? If they don't want to sell their products on offer, why have offers (and even tell their clients that they forgot an offer)? I'm going through a painful, long-term disease and even if it sounds shallow, skincare is currently one of my sole pleasures in life: it allows me to still feel like a woman. AoS ruined that pleasure, not once, but twice! As for the first cancellation, I see it as AoS sacrificing their consumers' security to ensure their own security: by prohibiting the use of VPNs, they are forcing their clients to make insecure payments; they want to save their own asses from potential fraud, but what about their clients' asses?! As for the second cancellation, big question mark, still don't understand; maybe AoS just wants to avoid clients they find annoying, even when the latter are just trying to ensure their basic rights to security/privacy! PS: always question companies that don't allow reviews on the world's most famous search engine.

Discovering Skincare Essentials: A Personal Journey

As a busy professional, I always look for effective skincare products that seamlessly fit into my daily routine. That's why I was thrilled when I discovered 's range of skincare essentials. From the moment I placed my order, I was impressed by their swift delivery service, ensuring that I received my products in a timely manner. One of the standout products for me is the Vitamin C 20% Serum. Its revitalizing effects have noticeably brought a radiant glow to my complexion, making it a staple in my skincare regimen. The gentle formula of the Prebiotic & Niacinamide Serum also caught my attention, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated without any signs of irritation. While the Retinol Night Cream didn't particularly stand out for me, I found it to be a decent addition to my evening routine. On the other hand, the Peptides & Antioxidant Cream truly won me over with its enriching formula. Not only does it effortlessly hydrate my skin, but it also creates a perfect base for makeup application, enhancing its longevity. What sets 's products apart is their emphasis on creating formulas that are not only effective but also gentle on the skin. Each product feels luxurious and nourishing, and I appreciate the thoughtfulness that goes into their development. Overall, my experience with has been incredibly positive. Their products have transformed my skincare routine, providing me with a renewed sense of confidence in my skin's appearance. I highly recommend their range to anyone looking for skincare essentials that deliver undeniable results while prioritizing skin health and comfort.
