Unnecessarily difficult to cancel autoship

My review for allivet.com I received the Frontline and HeartGuard every 6 months but when I went to cancel autoship, they make you call. After explaining I want to cancel autoship, I was sent to “shipping department.” This is completely unnecessary and the customer should be able to cancel autoship online. The shipping department kept trying to give more discounts so I wouldn’t cancel autoship. I replied with “Now I’m canceling just because you have kept me on the phone for 11 minutes not letting me cancel.”

Tried them on our next Prescription as…

My review for allivet.com Tried them on our next Prescription as pricing is amazing compared to Chewy or 1-800-PETMEDS. My CC was charged immediately and auto email followed about request set to my Vet. Over the next week got more auto emails about 2nd, 3rd, 4th request to vet with no reply. Vet says not getting the requests so called Allivet. English is not main spoken language so difficult to try and get it cleared up. Still not cleared up but last time I use them. Pay more for better customer service...

ALLIVET’s DISHONESTY KILLED MY DOG!

My review for allivet.com Allivet is the worst of the worst. Incompetent, dishonest, irresponsible. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS DISHONEST COMPANY !!!!!!! I should NEVER have even considered them .... whilst waiting for this CRIMINAL OUTFIT to send me desperately needed medicine for my dog they jerked me around for 3 weeks --- promises promises and the ONLY thing they did was charge my credit card for heart medications that NEVER SHIPPED and while I waited .... my DOG DIED and the vet made it clear it was due to ALLIVET's CRIMINALLY DISHONEST practices. Clearly, had they shipped the medication that my beloved Pepe needed, he would be with me today. I am working with my bank to have the $210 charge reversed since Allivet never sent anything. I HAD 2 dogs and 2 separate orders and in both cases, Allivet was just pure DISHONESTY and THEFT!

They continued to delay and I only talked to one smart person during this time. On the 10th of this month I pressed quick reorder button and the e act same problem started again. Even though I had refills they said my Vet does not care for my pet. I just looked and it "looks" like they have mailed 2 orders one reorder and one new order. The quick reorder has taken almost 14 days and I still haven't received it. My dog is 14 years old and has a collapsing trachea, we are experiencing an extremely cold weather and this baby is SUFFERING. I would never recommend this company
