Terrible company

My review for allstate.com Terrible on the phone, they owe us money even though we got rear ended by their customer, they denied the opportunity to fix our car in one day and decided to pay for a rental for 8 days as well as pay a place that will take 30 days to fix our car. We had to pay the tax on the rental car and they said we won’t get that money back which was close to $100 dollars. You’re not in good hands like they say. They are full of lies.
