Pedido erróneo y mal gestionado

My assessment for alpel.es Mi experiencia ha sido mala, recibí el producto equivocado, y al no quedarse registrado el pedido en la net,dado que al hacerlo no te da opción a registrarte, no he podido demostrar que el error ha sido de ellos, a pesar de insistir en que no coincidia el importe del producto que pedí y el que recibí, lo que nada ayuda el no poder hablar con alguien, solo vía electronic mail. He tenido que pagar gastos de envío y devolución injustamente. Muy mal gestionado, si tienes un problema ellos ganan y tú pierdes. No lo recomiendo
