My experience with has been frustrating and disappointing. After placing an order I encountered issues with the delivery address. Despite my constant efforts to communicate this to their customer service team my messages were ignored and as a result most of the items I had paid for were lost. This was a waste of both money and time and I was left feeling extremely dissatisfied. In an attempt to rectify the situation I placed a second order only to have it delivered to the incorrect address once again. My frustration grew as I continued to call and message the company to resolve the issue but my efforts seemed to be in vain. Despite receiving one promising phone call the problem was never effectively resolved. I was left without a refund without the products I had ordered and without any sense of satisfaction from the companys support. In conclusion I strongly advise potential customers to avoid purchasing from until they improve their customer service. My experience with them has been marred by inefficiency negligence and a distinct lack of care for their customers. Its imperative for companies to prioritize the satisfaction and support of their customers and unfortunately has failed to do so in my case.

Upon placing my order for 2 quantities of Safflower oil pack of 2 I eagerly awaited the arrival of my purchase. However my excitement quickly turned to dismay when only 2 bottles instead of the expected 4 arrived at my doorstep. My attempts to address the issue with the customer service team were met with resistance and indifference as they adamantly insisted that the full order had been shipped and that my delayed report rendered the matter nonnegotiable. The lack of empathy and understanding from the customer service team left me feeling unheard and dismissed. Instead of actively seeking a resolution they robotically repeated scripted responses frustratingly refusing to acknowledge the discrepancy in my order. This dismissive treatment only served to compound my dissatisfaction. Regrettably the handling of this incident has irreparably damaged my trust in I have chosen to part ways with the brand removing the app and vowing to never patronize their services again. Unfulfilled and damaged products refused to be replaced

Ordered 2 sets of coasters one didnt arrive and the other one was damaged. Was going back and forth with customer service I sent them photo evidence of the damage goods. They refused to replace broken items and did not deliver the unfulfilled order. Talked to Karan Sharma number of times over the who assured me on phone that the products would be delivered given the photo evidence and discussions with his logistics team that confirmed the product was not delivered. However subsequently I received an email to say it wouldnt be replaceddelivered. Save your money and do not order from this store. I never leave reviews but given such a horrendous and unethical behaviour from a company I had to warn others against it. Seems like others have had similar experiences.

I ordered a hat three weeks ago and it was estimated to be delivered by September 24. Three days later and the order doesnt even say that its out for delivery. Its stuck in pending. Ive called twice and both times the customer service team has been entirely unhelpful assuring me that Ill get an email or Ill get a call back or my manager is in a meeting or even I cant write an email with you on the phone at the same time. Basically its obvious the company wants to manipulate their customer for the sake of their bottom line. This is ridiculous and completely unfair to their customer.

Amala Earth has been a massive disappointment for me. I purchased around 70 seed balls intending to give them as return gifts but to my dismay none of them bloomed.
