My review for amazon.co.uk Scam!!! Avoid !!! I bought lights for home, first time the purchase didn't arrive as was out of stock despite I paid for it and got delivery notification, when I ordered similar product again it also never arrived. I contacted Amazon support who said that I can't get refund until I get report from police !!!! (Just imagine the level of inconvenience!!!)I contacted police and got their reply in a month, but Amazon support replied that it's too late, and they will never make a refund, though first they didn't tell me any deadlines. When I contact support they they just reply me as robots standard phases and close the chat / phone call. Not responsible, disrespectful, scam store!!! D

Customer failure
My review for amazon.co.uk Ordered an item. Failed delivery and told item was being sent back due to probably it being lost , stolen by the driver or damaged. No immediate refund as I've got to wait probably a couple of weeks. Now I'm out of pocket and no item. No proper customer service it's all automated with nothing relevant to actual issues with Failed deliveries or anything else for that matter. I can't honestly think of anything amazon are good at. Probably the worst company by far in every aspect. Just wish trustpilot gave a negative 5 star option. C

My review for amazon.co.uk There are numerous problems with Amazon of late. Firstly , their delivery drivers don’t appear to be able to deliver items or follow delivery instructions . Second of all, trying o get problems solved is like trying to get blood out of a stone. .you cannot speak to a human, it’s all automated and just gives you the same answers sending you round in circles . I had a delivery expected Today, apparently they were unable to deliver . They tried phoning but when I answered there was no one there . When you go onto chat, it just tells me to update delivery instructions. They’ve been on their goodness knows how longthey just choose not to follow them . C

Beware of deliveries!
My review for amazon.co.uk Delivery drivers will do whatever they want. Had someone knock my door and in the 5 seconds it took me to answer it the guy was already back in the lift..so before even knocking my door he'd left the package there in a communal area, took a picture THEN knocked the door and left. Lucky I am an honest person because this was left in a communal area of a high rise building! I could easily have said I never recieved it and NOWHERE in my delivery instructions does it say its OK to leave stuff at my front door. Amazon themselves are uncontactable. No complaints procedure. Just round in circles on their stupid self help pages. Cancelled subscription and won't risk ordering anything else from them. Too high a risk of stuff going missing if that's what they call "delivered" Used to be great but its now not even worth it. T

My review for amazon.co.uk Some time ago i gave a movie a very honest (not rude or abusive) review. It was woke, pc, blm nonsense but my review was removed and i was given a lifetime ban. They will take my money but not my feedback as a customer. Freedom of speech obviously doesn’t exist at Amazon. Despite umpteen emails to different departments i get a generic reply which neither addresses my complaint or gives the customer the opportunity to rewrite or retract the “offending” review.
