Review Description: I recently purchased a safety household ladder from Amazon for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, the ladder arrived in a resealed box and was extremely dirty. It took my mother two hours to clean it, and we discovered that it had scratches and rust spots. It was disappointing to receive a ladder that was not in the condition I expected, especially since I had purchased a brand new product. Although returning the ladder was an option, it seemed like too much of a hassle. After being a loyal Amazon customer for 20 years, I was disappointed by my experience. Review Description: They accepted my payment and THEN advised me my account was blocked. Typically for these cheap money grubbers, they have no customer facing channels I can contact about this issue. When a vendor accept funds for items they have no intention of sending, they are committing a crime.....unless you're Amazon who of course, blame you for the issue and call it an innovative business model.

Review Description: This assessment concerns an Amazon delivery company. Unfortunately, out of eight parcels that were sent my way, only four of them were delivered to the correct location. The delivery person, who brought them to my doorstep, did not bother to use the intercom system to inform me of the delivery. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I only received a notification on my phone thirty minutes later, by which time someone had walked off with the items left on the footpath. This experience was frustrating, and I strongly suggest that the company reviews their delivery procedures and instructs their personnel to at least use the intercom when making deliveries.

Review Description: Talk about dodgy brothers purchased a toaster which would take three to five days to arrive, after twenty days still no toaster and a lame excuse it was lost in transit,got a refund after another week and went back to order it again with nearly the cost doubled by the same supplier, on my return reason was (customer returned it,)Not true! Review Description: I ordered some items that cost about $100 and I waited about a week, with multiple delay's due to covid-19 and then after about 2 or 3 days of it sitting at a post office, I get a message saying that my order has been canceled and it will be refunded in the next 3-5 business days with no explanation as to why. The only reason why I am still with amazon is that I want my refund and I have already ordered something before this happened and I'm still waiting for that. As soon as I get my refund and package I will be deleting my amazon account.

Review Description: My shopping experience has been very positive. However about 10 days ago I was locked out of my account. I do not know why, appears to have been some suspicious activity. I have called Amazon three times over the past week. It's now been 9 days and I can't get in, can't access Prime and can't return an item that I need to.
