My review for amazon.com.au After enjoying several years as a satisfied Prime member with deliveries typically arriving within three to four days, I've decided to cancel my Prime subscription. Unfortunately, due to Covid, delivery times have extended to 2 to 3 weeks, which is understandable. However, even as the situation improved, delivery times never reverted to the previous norm. Adding to the frustration, Amazon now predominantly uses Aramex for deliveries in my area, and their tracking system is incredibly unreliable. It's common to see packages marked 'onboard for delivery' for days before actually receiving them. As a result, I've opted to shop elsewhere, where I can still receive deliveries within a few days, often at a lower cost than Amazon. In my opinion, Amazon has lost sight of what made Prime valuable. It's utterly unacceptable to wait two weeks or more for delivery on in-stock items fulfilled by Amazon, especially when you're a paying Prime member.

My review for amazon.com.au An order promised in a day never came. Lied to by a consultant and then passed on through 5 more consultants. Absolute joke of a customer service division. Then cut off by last consultant who wouldn’t answer direct questions.

Overall great, but shipping from US is now slow and expensive

My review for amazon.com.au I recently purchased a laptop and sleeve. The sleeve arrived very quickly, but the laptop has not arrived within the shipping window. As I paid extra for expedited shipping, I was frustrated when Amazon revised the initial arrival dates to two weeks later when they confirmed the item had been shipped. I’m was happy with their customer support, as they refunded the extra shipping cost. Overall, I’m happy with Amazon Australia, as I’ve bought multiple products over the years and they almost always arrive on time.

My review for amazon.com.au Hoodwinked into an Amazon Prime Subscription which I never asked for! After finding out, I made immediate steps to cancel this first month free subscription. Doing this wasn't as easy as it looks. GUESS what happens next - MY CC is slugged a subscription fee the following month - These MORONS should be made accountable for their deceitfulness - Sick to death of this online slime!

My review for amazon.com.au Worst customer service ever, people trying to help speak horrible English with poor microphones, incredibly rude and saying the same stuff over and over, not listening. Got my stuff at the end but it was all because I fixed the problem myself without the customer service helping anything. Yet, to my dismay, the package was nowhere to be found after I made an additional inquiry. The lack of accountability and transparency in the handling of my package was truly disconcerting. As someone who values patience and understanding, I found it increasingly challenging to maintain composure in light of the evident disconnect between the depot and the so-called "logistics." Each representative I spoke to seemed to offer a different explanation, all while regurgitating a scripted promise of delivery the next day. It became glaringly apparent that there was a significant disparity between their words and actions, leaving me to question why there was a lack of genuine effort to resolve the issue at hand. The $300 investment in the monitor held significant value for me, both financially and personally. My review for amazon.com.au I usually don't write reviews like this but this is the worst service I've ever gotten. I ordered a $300 monitor from this company package was picked up & an "attempt at delivery was made." Checked the CCTV footage and the driver hasn't even walked up to the front door. Spoke with a supervisor the same day and was reassured delivery would be coming the next day but guess what, the package is now missing after I've called again to check if it's on the way. I've been patient but there's a huge disconnect between the depot and "logistics". Everyone keeps saying different things and have this script for delivery should come next day, like why don't you guys actually do your job and chase up the package. $300 is alot for me & how can a package go missing after a missed delivery. It's still with you guys??? This is now my 6th call today. Don't use this company for anything.
