Poor Customer service

My review for amazon.com.br Probably the only company with worse customer service than comcast. Their online chat never worked. If you call you get a some random call center. If you ask for a supervisor that online call center will say "Ok. Bye!" and hang up the phone. They can't complete orders at all. They don't honor preorders at all, which means they sell things they don't have in stock at all, with no actual date of them being in stock. There was even a time when they charged me for a preorder I made before it was ready to ship, or even in stock which goes against their own company policy. The richest company in the world is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. One agent even asked for my social security number. An actual Amazon employee, not a scam.
