Unrivaled Entertainment with Prime Video – A Customer’s Rave Review

As an avid consumer of entertainment, I was excited to explore the possibilities of Prime Video's 7-day free trial. However, my initial skepticism was quickly validated when I encountered a limited selection of lackluster movies and a plethora of unavailable content. Despite my attempts to terminate the subscription before it auto-renewed, I was met with unresponsive links and error messages. The frustration only intensified when Prime Video charged me for a full month's subscription without delivering on their end of the bargain. This experience left me feeling deceived and disillusioned with Amazon's service. The lack of transparency and value for the customer's investment left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening to witness a company with such a high standing stoop to such unethical practices. In light of this disappointing encounter, I have made the conscious decision to sever ties with Prime Video and Amazon altogether. I cannot in good conscience support a business that operates in such a deceitful manner. The recent events only reinforced my initial predicament, as Prime Video continued to restrict access to the majority of its content unless additional payments were made. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is nothing short of theft in my eyes. It's with a heavy heart that I must part ways with a platform that once held promise, and I urge others to carefully consider their options before investing in Prime Video or any Amazon services. This unfortunate experience has not only soured my opinion of Prime Video, but it has also caused me to question the direction and ethics of Amazon as a whole.

Prime Video “free” subscription – it’s a scam !!!

My review for amazon.com.mx Oh, I see that Amazon has the world record in low trust already, so they probably dont care about one more bad comment. Well: I subscribed for a 7 days long free subscription to Prime Video - wich I got, and what I could watch was few and lousy movies and a loooot of crappy series. All the good stuf was "temporarely not avaiable in your area"... It gets worse:I tried to end the subscription 2 days before it ran out. No way ! Clicking on "end membership" had no effect at all - NOTHING happened - not even an error message came up... BUT there was a link to Help, so I clicked that, and got an error message - the page was not existing... After an hour or so, I gave up, and guessed that Amazon/Prime Video had a problem with their site. NEXT DAY: I tried again - guess what happened... You got it - NOTHING !!!!!! Same crap as yesterday. Today I see that Prime Video has drawn the subscription fee for a month. AndToday I have ended my subscription - nooo problem. What is going on here - are Amazon/Prime Video so low, that they pull a scam on their potential customers ??? I can assure that it has ONE effect on me:"NEVER AGAIN PRIME VIDEO OR AMAZON !!!"Also I will sell all my Amazon Stocks - because I cannot believe that Amazon is a good business that will grow, when this is how it works. Addition on feb.02-24:Getting Worse: They took payment for my unwanted subscription and i put it to an end, so they will not grab more of my money, and what I see now is, that I can't see much

My review for amazon.com.mx I need someone to get in touch with me as soon as possible. This is unbelievable , I am very FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED with the company! I made a purchase of $3,523.12 pesos with monthly payments of $391.52 for 9 months “no interest”. They are not respecting the agreement I made with my monthly payments.
