My review for amazon.de Worst customer experience I have ever hadIf you try to contact the customer support service you are going to be lied so you can leave them and you think you have a solution when you really notI have contacted like 10 times and they just lie. "You canceled your order because an external seller was offering a lower price but it was a scammer asking for a bank transfer as payment, okay dont worry buy it from amazon now at higher price and we will refund you the price difference once you receive the item"so you order it, receive it and contact them to get your refund but wow surprise they cannot do that because its against their policies. Well why do you offer that option then?!but hey don't worry:"Return the item with a shipping method you want and you will be refunded the shipping cost because it was our mistake"but when you return it paying the costs of the shipping surprise they just don't refund. Its all lie after lie that you feel scammed by a supposed top company in the world

My worst online shopping experience

My review for amazon.de I really hope this message will discourage some buyers from ordering from amazon.de website. To sum up, I ordered a graphics card on 31/01/24 on Amazon.de (product sold and shipped by Amazon) from France. Shortly after ordering, I changed my mind because I didn't want the card anymore. I then asked if it was still possible to cancel the order. A member of the customer service team told me that he had managed to cancel the order... except that the next day I noticed that the product had been sent and would be delivered on 06/02/24. I then contacted customer service to tell them that they had given me false information. They apologized and advised me to refuse delivery, which I did. A few days later I saw that my product was blocked at the same step thanks to its tracking id. I contacted them several times to ask them to contact the supplier as there seemed to be a problem. I was told that customer service would investigate... but nobody did. Later, they asked me to wait until February 21. Today it's the February 21st... I've just contacted Amazon customer service to ask them to unlock the refund once and for all. But now they're telling me that the parcel is still being returned and that if I don't get anything back by 15/03/2024, I'll have to contact them again... it's really nonsense. It's just deplorable and disrespectful to Amazon customers. A month and a half waiting for a refund, really !??... except that no one has done anything to really unblock the situation. And I'm still not sure I'll get my refund by 15/03/2024. I know now that Amazon.de doesn't give a damn about its customers, but I hope at least this message will discourage some buyers from ordering from this site, if you live outside Germany. Oh, I forgot... calling them, contacting them by e-mail or via chat, is useless on this site. No matter how hard you try to explain it to them, they always send the same automatic reply.

Damaged goods and lying customer service

My review for amazon.de I ordered some cat food. The cans arrived dented and damaged. They refunded the cans and promised free postage for the next order when it arrives. I made a new order and got back to them like I was requested. But it was a lie! I keep ketting the answer "you got wrong information from us, we don't give you free postage, sorry we promised it earlier, but we can't help you". So they just plainly lied about free postage, and the customer service is really bad - just copy-paste answers. So first I get poorly packed damaged goods and then an unkept promise to have my next order postage free. I will never make another order from them and I don't recommend this cheating store to anyone else either.

My review for amazon.de They used to be good until almost a year ago but they have become very unreliable by using multiple inefficient shipping companies at the same time for different items in one single order . Items often are not delivered on time and they couldn't care less about customers' time and convenience . it has become very inconvenient to shop from them. Will never use them again.

Airnee’s partnership with Amazon is joke!

My review for amazon.de Airnee's partnership with Amazon is a joke. You order with no way of knowing airnee will be your shipper. Ordering to a business address?? Too bad! They will try to deliver it in the middle of the night when the building is closed and then send it back, canceling your order. Enormous waste of time for business customers. I've ordered from Amazon for 25 years and this situation in Denmark makes it the worst online option I. Denmark right now. My calls to 5 desperate amazon employees were all helpless and hopeless to simply get me my packages. What is going on???

Amazon did not accept it. My item arrived empty. They do not offer support. My consumer rights are violated. I feel scammed, offended, treated unfairly, I feel harrased and I need help. The don't listen to me. I lost my money and I am unvailable to follow my responsibilities because they were based on that item. I was a prime member. Now I canceled the subscription. This is unacceptable. HELP ME.

Web interface not working.

My review for amazon.de I rarely use Amazon at all. This was my 2nd or 3rd order in a few years. So first I had to reset my password. For some reason I was only able to complete procedure if I did not seletct to enter contact data for account recovery or something. I then entered new card data and made a purchase. Later, when I wanted to check status of my order I was greeted with message that my account is susspended because of some strange activity. I am supposed to fill a form, but I am unable to send it. After clicking send all I get is a spinnig circle, that doesn't go away. I am also not able to check activity of my account, because I can't get past not working form. I did not like using Amazon before and this last stupidity is not going to make this experience any better. I think, I triggered some protections because of their poorly web interface.

Is Amazon heading the right direction?

My review for amazon.de Overall, I am rather disappointed by Amazon during the recent years. Most of the articles on sale come from China, and are - on average - monkey products, manufactured from cheap materials. Of course, I do understand that this is more profitable for them: it enables them to sell at 75% of the price of a European product at a time when they pay to the Chinese manufacturer a tiny fraction of the price (i.e., "peanuts") they would pay to a European one. The difference goes to their pockets. Their customer service (for English speakers) is a disaster. I usually buy from Amazon Germany. Each time I write in English, my messages are sent to other countries, and the answers are generic or simply wrong. For the sake of example, I had asked once about the importation tax (to Switzerland) on articles bought from Amazon Germany above the price of about 65 Euros; Amazon claims that the VAT depends on the country of destination. The Indian, who replied to my message, recommended that "I could go ahead with the purchase, and I should not worry about the importation tax." As if he had any idea about taxation in Switzerland... I did not buy, because I knew that the information was simply wrong. Amazon adjusts the VAT, depending on the land from which the purchase originates, but DOES NOT pass the corresponding amount to the relevant authorities in that land!!! Simply put, if I buy an article from Amazon Germany (VAT about 20%) and import it to Switzerland (VAT 8.1%), Amazon Germany will add the Swiss VAT to the original price and KEEP the 8.1% VAT. They WILL NOT pass the 8.1% VAT to the Swiss customs. This implies that I am bound to be taxed by the Swiss customs if I am not careful enough with the price of the imported goods (there is a clearance limit for the value of such items in Switzerland, equivalent to a VAT of 5 Fr.). There are NUMEROUS other examples of erroneous answers from their customer service, i.e., from people who have neither the knowledge nor the interest. On the other hand, when I ask in German, my question is processed in Amazon Germany; the answers I receive this way are a lot more reliable, and the people generally know what they are talking about. Another grudge I have against Amazon is that they do not accept ALL assessments of products in their database. I have seen this several times. When an assessment is good, it is accepted. When an assessment is bad, they will try to find excuses for rejecting it. In reality, they do as they please. As a rule, I mean what I say and I say what I mean. When I say that a product is crappy, I do mean it. By uploading such an assessment, I intend to protect other customers, and assist them with making the right decisions. I wrote once that a Chinese product "was crappy and that it should not be sold on Amazon." I fully meant it. They rejected my assessment because... it contained a link to another product. When I removed that link, they rejected it without giving any reason! All assessments, good or bad, express personal opinions and should be accepted per se in case of verified purchases. Absolutely disgrace service.

My review for amazon.de Absolutely disgrace service.. The package was ruined when I got it and the post service had used their own tape to try and fix the pack but the products inside had obviously taken damage and leaked out oil (2x mct oil in glass bottles). Today 11-02-2024 it's been 23 days since I tried to return the package and get a refund, but the return label that they provided me is not working. I have asked for a new return label but Amazon seller won't reply, and I also contacted amazon service but they keep telling me to return the product before I can get a refund?? Nothing is happening, I have supplied Amazon-service with everything and still no new return label or money-refund has been given me. It's ridicules that I need to wait this long, previously I could get in contact with Amazon instantly and get refund within 1 day, but this current service quality is absolutely ridicules, I can't even imagine how horrible this degree of service feels for those who work in Amazon who enjoy service work, if they can't even provide decent service to people. Your Amazon-Machine is obviously too big for your employees to handle, obviously understaffed and partially run by automated AI IT that just doesn't work.
