Yesterday the guy on the phone even yelled to me I shouldn’t live in Spain if my Spanish isn’t good enough to understand him when he was yelling at me. 9 out of 10 times customer service has been so bad it made me actually quit ordering things. Even though I’d really would need too. It’s awful to be treated so bad.
