I bought a room heater from this site and received a different product. Following their instructions, I mailed back the product and simply did not have any feedback from them after that. No sign at all they they will correct their mistake or give me a refund. If you try to contact them you will end up on an answering machine and they don't answer emails. These people are clearly scammers.
