My review for americanwheels.it Pessimo servizio di reso, creato con lo scopo di non permettere la restituzione (a meno che non si abbia un esborso=danno). Scelta del corriere più caro (ups) , ritenuta del 15% anche se l'articolo è integro e con confezione intatta. Davvero pessimo su questo aspetto. P.s. Giusto! Ma ciò non toglie che quello che ho scritto corrisponda al vero,giusto? L'importante è la trasparenza con i clienti,ed quello che volevo evidenziare. Io capisco che in qualche modo dovete pur difendervi,peccato che le condizioni di reso nella pagina da lei indicata non contengono tutte le specifiche del reso (messe da voi in essere) quindi quando richiedete un specifico corriere ,oppure dite che solo per pacchi di grandi dimensioni vi tratterrete il 15 %,che poi per magia nella mail (che bisogna richiedere )ci sono le reali condizioni di reso. Quindi capisco la falsa indignazione per evitare brutte figure,ma Vi consiglierei di essere un po più furbi nelle risposte alle recensioni.
