We had absolutely no contact from them until we called back on January 12,2024, and were told we needed to call the manufacturer, who in turn told me to call Ameriglide to have a tech sent out to diagnose the issue. After waiting 3 days, I called back and was told to call the install company myself so I did and after 2 days I called back and they had a tech going through our town that day, they charged me 306.00 for 40 minute service call in which 20 minutes the tech was on hold with the manufacturer trying to get a rep to order the part. The installation was a true joke, the bolts that was to hold it were 1/2 way out. It broke Jan. 29,2024 while my disabled husband was on it.
