My overview for animalstore.it ho fatto diversi acquisti ed inizialmente tutto bene, uno degli ultimi ordini mi arriva meno prodotto da quello ordinato e pagato, nella ricevuta allegata al pacco si scusano per l'ammanco ( sono solo 5 lattine ) mi scrivono che mi rimborseranno ma non firma nessuno e sopratutto non capisco come mi rimborseranno considerato che non hanno iban. Lascio correre per la cifra irrisoria, persisto a ordinare dimenticando episodio, stavolta non mi arriva proprio il pacco, chiamo e mi dicono che mancando un prodotto non avevano inviato pacco e solo dopo la mia chiamata si decidono a chiedere iban per rimborso ed invio degli altri prodotti presenti in magazzino e da me ordinati. Ho consigliato di aggiornare sito e proporre solo prodotti che avevano. A questo punto voglio rimborso anche dei precedente acquisto. Poca serietà, non conviene! A

My evaluation for animalstore.it Ho comprato da Animal retailer altre volte ma questa è stata l’ultima. L’ordine period di circa 67 euro . Partiamo dal presupposto che la merce è arrivata in una busta della TNT e la merce all’interno period schiacciata e con le confezioni rotte ( errore mio non aver fatto foto ) . Ho avuto un problema con il prodotto ribes pet crema . Posto che la scadenza e il lotto erano idonei,la crema period maleodorante,liquida e la mia gatta che la prende da 4 anni l’ha praticamente sputata immediatamente . Ho richiesto il reso . Mi sono state chieste 5,67 di spedizione a mio carico per il reso . Ci può stare. Il colmo arriva quando chiedo se effettuando il reso avrei ricevuto il prodotto idoneo. La risposta è stata che avrei dovuto pagare di nuovo le spese di spedizione. Quindi quasi 12 euro per avere indietro un prodotto che loro mi hanno mandato non idoneo . Ragionamento senza senso a mio parere. Comunque il mio sarebbe stato un ordine mensile perché i miei animali hanno bisogno quotidianamente di remedy ..mi rivolgerò altrove. Contenti loro … L
