Upon entering the store, my party and I were completely ignored for a staggering 25 minutes. When I attempted to exchange a ring I had ordered online for a larger size, the ordeal only worsened. The staff member I approached initially provided me with false information regarding the pricing of the larger ring, displaying a concerning lack of knowledge about the products they were selling. Additionally, when I inquired about the weight of the ring, I was met with outright refusal, leaving me feeling frustrated and disrespected. What truly appalled me, however, was the treatment I received from the manager, Stan. After requesting to speak with him, he not only behaved rudely but also outright refused to assist me with ordering the correct size online, instead snatching the ring from me and issuing a brusque refund. This entire experience has led me to bid farewell to a store I once held in high regard. I feel compelled to share my story with others, as a cautionary tale about Ann Loulise's customer service, particularly when it comes to exchanges and returns.
