I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN
I would submit a 1 if possible. I had such a hard time when speaking with the customer service rep. All I wanted was a label to return a very expensive dress. I could not generate the label through the online website. The rep thought I was trying to dodge the 8.95 return charge. SIR look at the cost of this dress 8.95 is not a problem. I will never order anything online from this company again. My return was a nightmare.
Very disappointed with AT. I am an AT customer for more than 10 years but as other reviews says the customer service is horrible no respect for the customers at all. No more stores in Manhattan so if you need to return an item you have to send by mail or go to the closest store in Long Island. If you do not return within 30 days after the order they DO NOT return you the full price you paid they return you ONLY the price on sale. Paid 169 for a dress they returned me only 101 for the same dress because was returned after 42 days from the other date. Chat does not work text works but takes forever and the person is useless.
Very disappointed with Ann Taylor8217s
Very disappointed with Ann Taylors attention to detail and customer service. My unit no was not included on an order that was placed by a store associate. My receipt has the unit but someone dropped the ball and didnt include it on the UPS label So chances of getting the merchandise is slim as I live in a large complex. And UPS would not allow me to add it nor did the customer service dept. both text and via email. Verrrrrrry unhelpful. Now Ive to deal with reversing the charges. Get your act together Ann Taylor. Youve a lot of competition out there which will me my choice and not you. A very unhappy customer.
Just don8217t try to return items from multiple orders
What a horrible customer service model. I have multiple orders and I need to return a few items from each order. ALL the items fit in one bag yet they want to charge a 8.95 for a return label from EACH return Thats insane. Ill be taking my dollars elsewhere. If three small items fit in ONE bag why do I need to buy 3 8.95 shipping labels
Sent back an item that didnt fit in and didnt receive my refund.
Sent back an item that didnt fit in a timely and in original package. Have proof that they received it and no response grime them. Ha d to track it down and called them. Was told twice that refund would be credited to my account that day. Reported to BBB. Almost 50 days and they havent given even responded to my return and still have my money. Something very fish Dont order from them.
SHAME ON ANN TAYLOR
It is very clear Ann Taylor does not want or respect the loyalty of customers for over 30 years. I receive my statement in the mail not online. After receiving an email my payment was late I went online and made a debit card payment and made a call that I had not received a statement. I was charged a 30.00 fee plus interest. At this point I still did not know my balance. My Cincinnati AT store closed so I ordered online the exact size I already had in my closet and it was way off in fitting so I had to pay shipping charges to return it. The clothes are not the quality or sizing you could always depend on. Due to the frustration trying to reach a representative on the phone I cancelled my account then when I finally reached a representative she said she could not credit my account the late fees. Hopefully another vendor will read these reviews and open a store to replace Ann Taylor.
Ann Taylor is my goto clothing brand
Ann Taylor is my goto clothing brand when it comes to professional clothing. Their clothes are luxurious in design and helps me look extremely professional. Prices can be a bit sticky but you get what you pay for. I usually purchase a few pieces of high quality clothes from Ann Taylor and stick to them for work. Their design is also very versatile. I can mix some of their clothes with a casual shirts pants and I have a really cool outfit for hanging out.

Ann Taylor customer service has gone downhill. They are selective to who can shop online and their customer service depending on who you receive will tell you a different story on the policy. I cant help but think this is due to the new ownership that occurred in the last couple of years as I have been a customer for twenty years and this is the first I am experiencing such horrible service and lack of customer regard.

Ann Taylors quality of clothing
Ann Taylors quality of clothing varies based on where it was produced. Upon looking at the tag on my clothing Ive noticed if the garment was made in Indonesia it doesnt have loose buttons or hanging threads. I cant say the same for garments produced in the Philippines. I mainly purchase my business suits from Anns and I would highly recommend they reconsider their packaging and provide garment bags for suits. The packaging is horrible and cheap especially considering I am paying 200 for a suit jacket.
Ann Taylor used to have nice classic
Ann Taylor used to have nice classic clothes. A little boring perhaps but decent quality. I recently went to their 5th Avenue store in NYC. Their were very few items displayed. Just a few pants blazers blouses and dresses. I understand that there are supply chain issues for merchandise but there was nothing to buy except a pair on black pants. Just a couple of items that were not black or orange. I hope they dont go out of business.
A Disappointing Experience with Customer Service
My recent experience with this company has left me deeply disappointed. On my recent transaction I ordered two fullpriced suits in navy and black hoping to find the perfect attire for an upcoming important interview. However when my package arrived I was dismayed to discover that I only received half of each suit a mix of navy and black items. The most frustrating part is that these items are still listed as in stock on the website but I was informed that they were never shipped to me. The lack of a Tracking only added to the frustration leaving me uncertain about the status of my order. When I reached out to Customer Service for assistance I was met with further disappointment. The only help they could offer was the promise of a complete investigation. However this did little to alleviate my current predicament with my important interview rapidly approaching I found myself without the appropriate attire despite having made a purchase in good faith. The thought of not having suitable clothing for this significant occasion left me feeling deeply disheartened and overlooked as a customer. Ultimately this experience has led me to seriously question whether I can trust this company with my business in the future. As a consumer the reliability of a companys customer service and the fulfillment of orders are crucial factors in building trust and satisfaction. Regrettably this situation has left me feeling let down and hesitant to engage with this company again.

I have been a long time customer of Ann Taylor. I recently purchased some clothes from them online and was really disappointed to learn that they charge you to return items. In this day and age during covid you would think that a store would want to encourage not discourage online purchases. What a rip off. I anticipate that this does not bode well for their companies future. I will never order anything from them online again.
BEWARE of ordering gifts needed within a month
I love that Ann Taylor carries a wide line of petite clothing and I do love their clothes. However DO NOT ORDER if you need an item by a specific date On November 24 2020 I ordered two blouses to give as holiday gifts which I expected to receive in time to mail them from NY to FL. Hello it is now December 19 2020 and USPS tracking indicates the package has not been received from the shipping partner. Customer service has not been able to assist. Meanwhile I several other competitor companies sent my online purchases immediately and I received items from them within a week of purchase.
Own up your mistake Ann Taylor
My order was cancelled after cyber Monday stating the reason that the item was no longer available. When i checked item was available online and in store. I called customer care who said there was a IT glitch due to which combined coupons were allowed to be used on my order. I wasted my hour for ordering and then another hour after customer care as it was a gift. I was better off to shop at other brands during the competitive weekend of black Friday and cyber Monday but lost the opportunity to shop else where and find a better deal due to such practices used at Ann Taylor Big brand like Ann Taylor should own up the mistake and have clear reason stating why the order was cancelled or else honor the order rather than blaming customers to use wrong coupons.
Favorite place for petite clothes
I have shopped Ann Taylor for many years and it is still my goto place for petite and business clothing. With the COVID situation I have done mostly online shopping. I had a couple of hiccups with their website but overall Ive never encountered any major issues with purchases or returns. Praying they stay in business because I wouldnt know where else to shop for petite clothes that fit my frame.
Terrible customer service
I received email on Memorial Day for 70 off full priced item and 60 off additional placed order for these pants and was so excited they were available Next day I get email that they are no longer available and order is canceled so upset Get another email today for 65 off so thought I would try again item shows available only a few days after being told it wasnt try to order with same code and it now states item is not eligible Are you kidding me is this what I get from Ann Taylor after being a customer for years Shame on you it is obvious what you are doing
I have always loved Ann Taylor Loft
I have always loved Ann Taylor Loft but lately I have been quite frustrated. I am a member of there rewards program. I shop mostly online because the things that I like are rarely ever at the store. My online rewards program is not in sync with the instore program and I never get points for the things that I purchase online. I have called customer service 3 times to try and fix this problem but it never gets fixed. When I sign in to my online account to try and fix it myself the system wont let me and I am tired of trying. When I shop elsewhere I accumulate points so much faster and easier. They should go back to sending there reward certificates through the mail.
online customer service is awful
Love Ann Taylor and Loft but the customer service online is awful as of late. They seriously act as if they dont care and are very condescending. I had a simple question about a product I had ordered that was taking a little longer than normal to ship and I was given a lecture about how its within the normal shipping time and there is no way ever to tell when a product was going to ship. I explained that I knew that it was within the time frame but was just curious on when it may ship. I wasnt even complaining and the customer service rep was immediately defensive. Sheesh. Calm down.
Can8217t recommend Ann Taylor highly enough
I have shopped at Ann Taylor stores and online for years. I find wonderful clothing for my 3 daughters as well as for myself. Their styles are classic with a modern twist. The quality is always superior and the selection is great. I get emails informing me of their frequent sales and special offers. Their sizing is consistent so I can be confident that my purchases will fit my daughters. Literally 90 of my clothing is from Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft. My girls joke that Ann Taylor is my best friend. I think she just might be
