Damaged plants, poor service

My review for anselandivy.com Purchased three plants. Took a very long time to receive and the time between the ship out date and delivery was also very long so the plants were not in good shape. I knew I could work with two of the plants but asked that one plant be replaced because it was far too damaged (brown and yellow leaves, bent/broken leaves, etc.). The company is being difficult because of their 24 hour policy, but unfortunately my building sometimes takes longer than that to process deliveries. I can't waste my time over a $30 plant but I won't be purchasing from them again.
