Awful Customer Service

Exceptional Clothing, But Subpar Customer Service Experience As a fashion enthusiast, I am always on the lookout for unique and high-quality clothing pieces to add to my collection. However, my excitement soon turned to disappointment when I noticed a tiny hole in the material of the pair of jeans I had purchased. Given the expensive nature of the jeans, I decided to request a refund and reordered them in a slightly longer size. Regrettably, my woes did not end there. Along with the replacement jeans, I also added a few t-shirts to my second order. Several days later, I received an email notifying me that one of the t-shirts was no longer in stock and inquiring whether I still wanted the rest of my order. While I confirmed my continued interest in the order, I couldn't help but feel that the company could have handled the situation more efficiently by simply shipping the available items and fulfilling the out-of-stock items separately when they became available. To my dismay, another email arrived almost a week later, informing me that yet another t-shirt was out of stock. At this point, my frustration grew, as it seemed evident that all the items were indeed in stock when I initially placed the order. Attempting to address these issues, I made numerous attempts to contact the customer service department via phone, only to be met with persistent unresponsiveness. Exasperated by the lack of communication and the company's disregard for my concerns, I voiced my dissatisfaction, clearly expressing my decision to no longer proceed with the purchase of the unavailable items. Disappointingly, my request was ignored, and the company proceeded with shipping the items against my wishes.
