Review Description: Well let say as soon as we went in the waiter was kinda rude. Had to find someone who cared to sit us. We ordered our food which came out burnt both dishes. I had the shrimp and my wife had the chicken boneless. Which was also burnt. How can a cook send out food like that. Maybe had a bad day but this was not good at all

Review Description: The $14:99 special sucks!!!! The only good thing Applebee's has is Hamburgers. 1/4 inch breading on chicken not impressive. Ribs very fatty with invisible bones, darn near choked to death. No shrimp on 1st week of promotion "SAD". GREAT SERVICE , POOR QUALITY!!!!

Review Description: My husband and I went to apple bees in Derby KS. We both ordered the double cheeseburger. It looked like a small burger cut in half. It came with fries but it was very little amount. We could have received a kids meal at McDonalds, and received more food. The meat was very very dry. We were told by the waitress that she could of told us it was really small, but she thought we knew what we wanted.

Review Description: Regarding Kennett Square PA location using door dash, I'd say this is a home run location. Been getting alot of this delivered by door dash and other than forgetting fries with the burgers, they do a great job, the food is amazing, and door dash uses a heat bag to get it here while it is still edible. Or reheat and it's better than amazing. I'm too vulnerable and unable to go to restaurants, plus the drive isn't the best for me to make, this is an absolutely wonderful alternative.

Review Description: Had a birthday party with 6 crazy ladies. Our waitress went above and beyond us seniors. NICHOLAT P at the Palm Bay Fl. The food was served hot and very good. We all got the 6oz. Sirloin Steak special with 2 sides for $9.99, plus the Marg. special 2.99. She provided forks for our cupcakes and a lighter for the candles. Two of our parties need help so they let us use the emergency exit. to be able to use the ramp. Great service above and beyond. We will all be back soon. Thanks for a nice afternoon and a good experience.

Review Description: We were given a gift card to Applebees and were delighted with the service. Our server, Esmerelda, was attentive and personable. The drinks and appetizer were served promptly. For dinner, the ribs and fries were steaming hot and their cole slaw, the perfect accompaniment. Our experience could not have been better. It was ideal.

Review Description: Went to the Applebee’s in Okemos Michigan on Saturday, 3 December in the evening ordered the ribs and when I receive them they were lukewarm at best and very tough to cut even with a steak knife. Ribs should be able to be pulled apart not torn apart, or cut with a steak knife. The fries that came with the ribs were very sparse and they were cold. I would not recommend the rib platter. I was very disappointed in the quality of food.

Review Description: I went to Applebees in Shrub Oak/Peekskill, NY with two of my brothers, we waited close to 15 minutes for the hostess to appear, the bartender had to hunt her down. She seated us and stated someone will be their to take our order, waited 15 minutes no one appeared! the hostess seated another family and never checked to see if we were being waited on. After 20 minutes we got up and left. We are done with Applebees, everytime we have gone to that location the service has been extremely poor.
