I initially purchased a water filter before the pandemic and signed up for their subscription service, receiving replacement filters every 6 months. Unfortunately, my machine broke during the pandemic, and there were supply chain issues that prevented me from receiving a replacement. Despite this, I continued to be charged for the replacement filters every 6 months, totaling $25 over 2 years, in the hopes of eventually receiving the replacement. When I contacted Aquasana about the situation, I was informed that the product was no longer in stock, and I would need to purchase a new filter at full price with no regard for the charges I had incurred during the subscription period. The customer service I received during this time was less than satisfactory, leaving me feeling extremely frustrated. The contrast between the experience I had and the claims of extended product warranty left me extremely disappointed. Despite this, I must say that the Aquasana Water for Life program has continued to uphold their promise, and the quality of the product itself has been exceptional.
