Order made, No Product, No Refund
My overview for arcticus.co.uk I made my order on Nov 22. The product supply launched sooner or later after the acquisition. Then it's a lengthy wait. The product monitoring confirmed that my product went from Germany to Geneva. Even the final information was exhibiting Location "Unavailable", the date was Dec 9. After that, I noticed no extra updates. I used to be very completely happy and anticipating the lovable and good design of the water bottle I ordered. Now I even requested for a refund however the Buyer Service did not reply something. It's greater than 40 days from the date of buy, which is legitimate for a refund in keeping with its refund coverage. I did not get something however paid CAD35. I really feel prefer it's a rip-off.
