Review Description: In my last order ( November 2019), I redeemed rewards for a small spool of non tarnish silver wire. Instead of being free I was charged $2500.00! Two thousand five hundred dollars!!!!! No one answers the phone....or emails...or online chat messages....I had to resolve all of this with Paypal and my credit card. Something fishy is going on with this company. I will never order from them again, and my November order was maybe my fourth?
