My evaluation for as-garten.de Wir haben Erdbeeren für über 60 Euro bestellt. Und einen Liefertermin Ende März vereinbart. Da unser Land, wo gepflanzt werden soll noch nicht fertig ist. Nun kommen die Pflanzen schon über einem Monat früher. Auf Emails wird erst geantwortet, als schon geliefert worden ist. Auf Anrufen wird gar nicht reagiert. Wir hatten schon mal bei denen bestellt, da waren die Pflanzen und Blumen sehr schlecht. Aber jeder sollte eine zweite Probability haben. Aber wir wurden wieder enttäuscht. Wir können additionally nichts positives mitteilen. Sehr schade M

Despite the professional who pruned my larger trees at the time saying they were dead, I planted them and hoped for spring. Nothing came. Instead of U-shaped fruit trees, I received dead wood. However, replacements were delivered promptly and without issue, for which I am grateful. The new trees also arrived as bare wood, but at least one looks vital. I hope both will show signs of life in the spring. I am now updating my review and remaining hopeful for the future. S

I couldn't disagree more with this review. In fact, I've had an incredibly positive experience with the plants I ordered from this company. Two years ago, I purchased white and pink pampas grass, and while some time passed, I eventually received a beautiful white plume. The Pampas grass Evita, which was supposed to be yellow, did produce a lovely white plume, but that only added to its charm. As for the ground cover, out of the six I ordered, one is thriving and providing delightful coverage. The tricolor butterfly bush may not have displayed the expected pink or purple, but it is still a stunning addition to my garden with its beautiful white blooms. I even received a hortensia, although it didn't survive, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and understanding. I reached out to them, and they did everything they could to assist me, even asking me for further information and photos to understand the situation better. They genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their products. Despite the negative review, I've had a fantastic experience with this company and their plants. The small investment I made has brought so much joy and beauty to my garden, and I couldn't be happier with my purchases.
