I bought 2 sets of living rooms with warranty more than 4 years, I Paid extra to cover the both sets. I called in a bout 2 years ago for one small hull in one of them. The technician come after six month he said will order the materials. I received the material which is one small piece of fake leather. No one came to fix it.
