With hopes of having it by Christmas, I was surprised when my kids gifted me a deluxe recliner from the same store on December 3. Overwhelmed with joy, I found myself in a dilemma. Being a senior living in a facility, I didn't need two recliners. I visited the store to explain the situation and requested a refund since their chair hadn't been delivered. Unfortunately, they refused, citing the fine print on the contract. This left me feeling disheartened and frustrated. However, on December 13, they finally delivered the chair, though I had no room for it. Despite the inconvenience, I must commend the two workers who delivered the chair for their exceptional kindness.
