I recently had a disappointing experience with asmc.fr that I feel compelled to share. Despite ordering according to their size chart, the products I received were grossly oversized. Upon returning the items at my own expense, I have faced utter silence from their customer service team, with no sign of a refund. This lack of accountability and customer care is truly disheartening. As a loyal airsoft team member, it's regrettable that we will no longer be placing any orders with asmc.fr. I recently had a frustrating experience with asmc.fr that left me feeling disappointed and out of pocket. Upon placing an order on 16/04/20, I encountered numerous issues that have significantly impacted my perception of this company. Firstly, the sizing of the products was wildly inaccurate. Despite following the size guide and ordering a small for my 1.70m frame, the combat pants and shirt I received were excessively large. To put this into perspective, I had my father, who measures 1.83m and weighs 80kg, try them on. The pants were at least three sizes too big with an additional 10cm of length, and the shirt was similarly oversized, more suitable for someone who typically wears a large or extra-large. It's essential to note that I specifically ordered a small. Subsequently, I returned the products at my own expense on 04/05/20, and the company acknowledged receipt on 22/05/20. Despite this, I have sent four emails regarding my refund without receiving a single response. As a result, I have been left without a refund and feeling unheard. The lack of communication and failure to rectify this situation with a prompt refund is both frustrating and unacceptable. As a member of an airsoft team affiliated with asmc.fr, this experience has not only dissatisfied me personally but has also led to a collective decision within our group to cease any future orders with the company. I am now in the process of escalating this matter with my bank and filing a complaint with the DGCCRF. It is disheartening to find myself in this position, as I had hoped for a much more positive interaction with a company that our team has previously been associated with. In conclusion, my experience with asmc.fr has left me deeply disheartened and apprehensive about future transactions. My assessment for asmc.fr Bonjour à tous. Le 16/04/20, je passe une commande. Déjà, au niveau des produits, les tailles, c'est du grand n'importe quoi ! Je fais 1,70m. Je commande du S selon leur tableau des tailles. Réception au bout de xxx jours... Pantalon de fight, au moins trois tailles de trop. Chemise de fight, idem... Je les fais essayer à mon père (1,83m, 80kg). Pantalon une taille de trop au moins, 10 cm de trop en longueur et la chemise, les épaules et la longueur des manches une taille au dessus au moins. Mon père prends du L ou du XL normalement ! Je rappel que j'ai commandé du S ! Du coup, je renvois les produits, à mes frais, alors que les tailles sont fantaisistes, le 04/05/20 ! ASMC me confirme la réception que le 22/05/20 ! Depuis, quatre mails sans réponses et bien sur, aucun remboursement ! Je monte un litige de paiement avec ma banque et dépose plainte à la DGCCRF dés lundi... Dire que nous sommes une crew d'airsoft affiliée chez eux... Ils n'auront plus aucune commande de notre asso !No Results Found
