Review Description: I had a problem on 9th of February and called ASUS customer service. I spoke with Michael who helped me. My laptop ASUS Zenbook dual was running slow and I decided to restart and update it but I got stuck with the update for over an hour then called. It was the last day of my university project and I was stressing out. Michael was really calm, asked me how much time I have, explained me every possible solution but the risks too. He was understanding and helpful.

Review Description: USELESSHad a problem with my computer when instead of opening it went to some bios page. Contacted customer service they couldn’t help. Contacted CEO with screenshot complaining and got some suggestions. These did not work.Sent screenshot to local computer repair man straightaway he said the battery in the motherboard needed replacing. So simple but why couldn’t ASUS support see this?

Review Description: Their Chat support for routers is only Tier1 and consists of asking you whether your firmware is up to date, asking you to try the router on another computer, and to refresh your browser cash. These guys do not even know how to use their own routers!

Review Description: Been using primarily Asus products for +10 years now, had issues here and there, but I have never had support for an Asus product over all these years. Bought an Asus phone recently died in less then 60 days and Asus refuses to RMA this product, I doubt I will be buying another Asus product, and in a couple weeks when I build a PC I will be using another manufacturer that will RMA my components if they break.

Review Description: Keyboard issues. ASUSVivobook. Beware of buying this product. It is a common problem and you would think ASUS support had a bespoke download to fix it. But they don't.Either that or the keyboard and software are reject mismatched items. Never had a keyboard that does not switch on the laptop without messing around multiple Fn ctrl alt delete keys for ten minutes. Never had a keyboard that has keys reacting differently depending on the website being used.

Review Description: I wish I read this before buying - high end gaming laptop, intermittent Wi-Fi issues at 12months old. Lengthy waits and calls to support couldn’t resolve problem, eventually they recommended resetting the BIOS which brokered the whole computer, wouldn’t restart. Now facing a $1200 repair bill as out of warranty - not pleased

Review Description: My theory based on my experience ( been building PCs since 98), everything they do is menu driven, if they don't have a menu, they don't do it. Their job is to placate, divert and ignore. If they had any sense they would move their customer service to the US. Eventually one of these companies is going to figure it out. Equipment is good, support is the worst I've seen.
