With the need to include this purchase in my 2020 financial books, I made it clear that I required the delivery no later than 10/12/2020. To my disbelief, on 12/12, I was given two options: wait for a refund or wait for the product to be shipped, with no concrete information provided. It felt like a never-ending cycle of dashed hopes and unfulfilled promises. As if this wasn't enough, a visit to their website on the same day revealed that the notebook was still listed as available for purchase. This unsettling discovery was compounded by the inability to leave a negative review on their site without an invitation, and the absence of reviews on their Facebook page and Google Business profile. Curious, I scoured their social media platforms, finding no trace of star ratings for public reviews – a perplexing discovery. Adding insult to injury, while the payment had been received promptly, a month post-order, the invoice was still pending. Despite the setbacks and disappointments encountered, the team eventually issued a credit note promptly.
