They're completely horrible, no customer support, no reply to any mail, besides to answer with monitoring info that's unsuitable or irrelevant, no response to refund requests. I already had a nasty expertise with the corporate (horrible defective machine with low cost plastic connectors and horrible cable administration points) however stupidly I ordered one thing else- A24- which simply hasn't arrived and once I complained they despatched me a hyperlink which exhibits the merchandise was delivered in might 2022, not dangerous contemplating I ordered it in December 2023.
