Recently, I contacted AT&T to replace my phone. I have been a loyal customer for almost 27 years since 1995. During the call, the representative assured me that I wouldn't have to pay the 30-dollar upgrade fee and that it would be waived. To my surprise, I received a receipt stating that the upgrade fee charge was zero.

However, when I received my bill, I saw that the 30-dollar upgrade fee had been charged. It's appalling that AT&T put their promise in writing only to go ahead and deceive me. It's a complete rip off! I can't believe that such a company can't honor its promises and just wants to take advantage of its customers.
