Fraudulent Auchan

My assessment for auchan.pt I had their oney card. I did not use it for one 12 months. They first despatched me 10 euros to pay. I did not pay. Then they ship me 22.88 euros to pay after one week. I'm like whats fallacious with this Auchan they're charging for nothing . I've no debt . I stated i need to cancel the cardboard they stated first make the fee. I need to ask the federal government of those international locations why dont you see such fraudulent actions of such huge shops. Auchan is fraudulent. Watch out for it
