My evaluation for audena.de Ich habe bei Audena.de (= Holzconnection) ein Doppelbett und zwei Nachttische bestellt. Beides (Bettrahmen und Nachttisch) sollte eine Höhe von 40 cm haben. Auf der Webseite battle ein Lieferzeit von 6 Wochen angegeben, aber telefonisch sagte man mir bereits, dass es deutlich länger werden könnte. Nach etwa 12 Wochen kamen die bestellten Möbel. Hier mein Erfahrungsbericht:Verpackung und Transport: intestine bis sehr intestine - keine BeschädigungenHolzqualität: Leimholz in guter Baumarktqualität - durchaus okay, aber keine Tischlerqualität. Oberflächenbearbeitung ist auch okay, auch hier darf man Tischlerqualität nicht erwarten. Beschläge: besser als der schwedische Möbelgigant - vorwiegend aus MetallAufbauanleitung: welche Aufbauanleitung? Das ist wirklich nur etwas für erfahrene Pastime-Heimwerker, die schon mehrere Möbel zusammengebaut haben. Man muss selbst herausfinden, welche Schrauben wo hingehören. Frontblenden der Schubladen sind nicht vorgebohrt. Hier muss man selbst herausfinden, wie die Positionierung am besten geschieht. Passgenauigkeit: unterirdisch - durch ungenaue Ausfräsungen der Beschläge bleiben an einigen Ecken immer deutliche Spalten sichtbar (ca. 1-1,5 mm). Beim Bett battle der Mittelsteg zu lang (konnte ich noch selbst beheben). Der Bettrahmen battle 2,5 cm niedriger als bestellt - damit passten die Nachttische nicht in der Höhe. Nachttische ließen sich teilweise nicht komplett montieren, da die Ausfräsungen für die Beschläge mehrere mm daneben lagen. Ich habe meine Reklamation mit mehreren Fotos dokumentiert und nach relativ kurzer Zeit einigten wir uns darauf, dass ich neue Nachttische erhalte. Eigentlich battle ja keines der bestellten Produkte wirklich fehlerfrei. Nach etwa weiteren 12 Wochen erhielt ich wirklich die neuen Nachttische, die jetzt zumindest montierbar waren, aber das Downside mit den Spaltmaßen besteht bei den neuen Nachttischen leider immer noch. Wenn ich sehe, wie präzise das schwed. Möbelhaus seine Sachen fertigt, dann ist das hier ein glatte 5. Die zwei Sterne gibt es für das Bemühen und die relativ gute Erreichbarkeit per Mail. Ich werde dort keine weiteren Möbel mehr bestellen. Ich hatte noch mit Kleiderschränken geliebäugelt, aber da nehme ich doch lieber etwas anderes.
