Review Description: The arm rests do not lock into place, they slide around all over the place which is very annoying. Also when reclining the char since the seat and the backrest do not move in tandem, when reclined my elbows no longer reach the arm rests even with the arm rests fully slid back, this is worse than a $50 chair where the arm rests, backrest and seat all recline as a single unit.

Review Description: I purchased a desk from autonomous 2 years ago, and 3 weeks ago the left leg motor stopped working. After having a very difficult time with there AI customer service, I was sent another leg and motor. After 3 weeks, this leg motor also stopped working. I cannot work from a desk that is sideways and their solution is to continue to send me defective parts every month rather than allowing me to return this desk

Review Description: Autonomous Ergo chairs are built with very poor quality and their customer service is the worst when it comes to product satisfaction. We got a few chairs for our office and most of them were defective. Some of them had different size arm rest height making it ergonomically difficult to use.

Additionally, the owner runs a P2P crypto platform called MyConstant where I had thousands of dollars invested. They were making risky investments and have now shut the platform down. My representative (Christina N) was beyond helpful when I had an issue with the height adjustment of my chair (after about 3 years of use) Despite it being out of warranty she helped me identify the issue quickly, and offered replacement parts so I can fix it at home. He stole customer money meant for secured lending into Autonomous for his own use and gambled customer money though MyConstant and will likely be in trouble with US Authorities. People buying from this company should think twice about supporting this thief's business.
