RockAuto, in a similar scenario, swiftly reships items without delay, prioritizing customer satisfaction seamlessly. However, AutoZone pleasantly surprised me. I tracked the reshipment request, and FedEx confirmed the return of the incomplete items. Despite initial setbacks, the dedication and commitment displayed by AutoZone's team shone through. The journey from a failed delivery to a resolved order showcased a transformation in my perception. My review for autozone.com Well, I fell for the old "Get 20% Off Your First Order" scam again. This is a standard hustle where an online store promises a one-time discount in exchange for your email address, but never actually provides the discount either by never sending the promo code or by not honoring it at the time of purchase. In my case the item was a PowerStop KOE2832 brake parts kit. The site rejected the FEBDEAL promo code and the chat agent said "It's not for all things. PowerStop doesn't honor discount codes." I pointed out that PowerStop hadn't offered me the discount, Autozone had, but apparently, Autozone doesn't honor discount offers, either. S

After facing a truly distressing encounter at Autozone, I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience. The Lenoir City location, particularly Steve Weaver, Michael Isbill, and Alley Engberg, left me utterly dissatisfied with their unhelpful attitude. Regrettably, I am now dealing with the damage to my beloved Mustang's paint, for which they refuse to take any responsibility. Seeking resolution, I reached out to the corporate office, but my hopes were quickly shattered. Linda and Randy conveyed a disheartening message, with Randy deflecting blame and offering no solution, leaving me to bear the consequences of their negligence. I cannot in good conscience recommend Autozone for any automotive needs, especially considering the lack of accountability and respect for customers. For those seeking reliable and caring service, I implore you to explore alternatives such as O'Reilly or other reputable establishments. My loyalty to Autozone has been shattered, and I urge others to be cautious when considering their services. It pains me to have been dismissed and disrespected, even by corporate representatives. With a heavy heart, I bid farewell to a place where my concerns were met with disdain rather than assistance. S

I HAD A REALLY REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE LENOIR CITY LOCATION, STEVE WEAVER, MICHAEL ISBILL, AND ALLEY ENGBERG WERE NOT HELFULL AT ALL, MY MUSTANG PAINT IS RUIN BECAUSE OF THEM AND THEY WONT TAKE RESPONSOBILITY. I SPOKE TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE, LINDA, RANDY, RANDY CALLED ME SAID IT WAS MY FAULT THAT MY PAINT GOT REUN THAT HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. I DO NOT RECOMEND AUTOZONE FOR ANY OF YOUR ISSUES, THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU. I WOULD GO TO OREILLY OR ANY OTHER PLACE BUT AUTOZONE. I couldn't be more thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Christie and Perry at AutoZone #1730 in Menomonee Falls, WI. My daughter's 2016 Nissan Versa Note suddenly had a "check engine" light appear, and with little experience in car maintenance, I turned to AutoZone for help. Christie and Perry's knowledge and efficiency were remarkable. Christie swiftly utilized an OBD II code scanner to diagnose the issue, providing us with a detailed printout of the codes and their potential causes within minutes. Her expertise and quick assistance were invaluable. What truly impressed me was their honesty and willingness to explore cost-effective solutions. Instead of pushing for a pricey sensor replacement, they suggested a $13 cleaner as an alternative. Perry went the extra mile by explaining that allowing a week for the cleaner to take effect was worth a shot. Skeptical but hopeful, we tried it, and to our amazement, the "check engine" light vanished in just 3.5 days. Christie and Perry didn't just provide a quick fix; they displayed genuine care and consideration for our situation, saving us unnecessary expenses and providing a practical solution. My review for autozone.com I just felt the need to complement AutoZone regarding two of your employees at AutoZone #1730 in Menomonee Falls WI 53051. Specifically, Christie and Perry we’re amazing representatives of the AutoZone company. My recent college graduate daughter has a 2016 Nissan Versa Note she bought used about a year ago. Luckily, we have had little need for any maintenance items… Until last week when she called me ask me about a “check engine” light now appearing on her dashboard. While I had never used the service, I was aware that AutoZone has an amazing program where Christie came out to the parking lot with an OBD II code scanner and within 3 minutes downloaded the codes and 2 minutes after that you have a printout in your hand listing all codes that popped up and what the likely causes of the malfunction! Yay, Christie! Additionally, Christy and Perry didn’t just try to “up-sell” us a $131 replacement sensor… They also mentioned that there was another option to buy a $13 can of cleaner and try that. Perry then mentioned that we should give the cleaner repair up to 1 week of time for it to remove the “check engine light“ . I was skeptical, but After 3.5 days the code disappeared!#AlwaysAutoZone A
