I purchase multiple services from them for my multiple devices. Review Description: Alas I paid for the Ultimate package but on my Samsung device I only get the free lesser service. As that's what I use all day, that's where I want the service. After a year of complaining I get the odd response..UNINSTALL AND RE-INSTALL. ????I then say "I keep telling you it says my code is no good".Silence.UPDATE: Trust Pilot did its work.. I got on that and received a new activation code. Worked instantly, simple as that!
