CRIMINAL AND THIEVES

Imagine my surprise when £427 was taken from my account without any invoicing two weeks later. It's essential to have written or verbal consent along with appropriate invoicing details before any money is deducted, and it's illegal to deviate from this process. Therefore, I was understandably frustrated and felt that the situation was handled unjustly.
